• Security and anti-abuse data: Cloudflare Turnstile token checks, trusted client IP processing, request metadata, and rate-limiting events.

• Run the website and process waitlist and contact submissions.
• Plan launch coverage in Tennessee based on demand.
• Respond to inquiries and send follow-up messages about your submission.
• Protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

We may keep limited security records for longer when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, legal compliance, or incident response.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including validation checks, anti-abuse controls, rate limiting, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

If required by applicable law, we will provide legally required notice of certain security incidents.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will consider verified correction requests where reasonably possible.

Our current service targets are acknowledgment within 3 business days and completion within 30 calendar days, subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and operational feasibility.

9) Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that information was collected from a child under 13 without proper authorization, we will delete it.
